WBHCEE 2023 in pictures

Our Research Group organized the fifth BHCEE (Business History in Central and Eastern Europe) workshop on 25–27 October 2023, with the title Business Cooperation in the History of Central and Eastern Europe. The conference was attended by nearly 30 researchers from 11 countries. Ágnes Pogány, the head of the research group, greeted the participants.

The keynote lecture was given by Teresa da Silva Lopes, professor of University of York.

The workshop ended with a round table discussion on the future of business history, which included Judit Klement (Budapest), Teresa da Silva Lopes (York), Daniel Raff (Pennsylvania), Valentina Fava (Venice), Tomasz Olejniczak (Warsaw) and Alfred Reckendrees (Copenhagen).
