PhD dissertation defense of Márton Simonkay

On January 11, 2024, Márton Simonkay defended his PhD dissertation with a summa cum laude grade. The title of his work is the following: Water regulation and its socio-economic impact in Hungary during the Dualism era The regulation of the Lower Rába region. The reviewers of the thesis were András Vadas, adjunct of ELTE BTK, and Krisztián Gergely Horváth, senior research fellow at the HUN-REN Hungarian Research Centre Institute of History.
